Japanese Otedama Doll Chirimen Fukurokuju

Japanese Otedama Figurine in Chirimen Fabric, Fukurokuju

His white beard and pilgrim's staff give him away at first glance: this is Fukurokuju, god of wisdom, longevity, and happiness among the seven Shichifukujin. He's the one traditionally given as a gift to wish someone a long and beautiful life, a birthday present with a lot more meaning than a greeting card! Dressed in sky-blue chirimen fabric, eyes closed and looking utterly at peace, he radiates a calm that even a rough day couldn't shake. Handcrafted in Japan, with his golden bell and red cord, he's a toy, a good-luck charm, and a small piece of decor all at once, and one that actually means something.
