LAGUNA BAY BISTRO COOKED JEPROX 6 OZ

This Jeprox dried fish is from a variety of fish known as "Smelt". Smelt is smaller in size compared to other fishes and is not as "meaty" as it seems. We take Smelt fish and slice them in half, then salt and dry them before packing it in an air-tight seal.
